What is included in the £99 a month plan?
The lot: a custom website design and build, an any-TLD domain in your name, UK hosting with a global CDN, premium DNS, free SSL, security hardening, automatic daily backups, uptime monitoring with a status page, one business email inbox, and at least 2 hours of custom development plus 5 hours of content updates every month. One plan, one bill, no separate build fee.
What kinds of websites does Brylo One cover?
Almost any site that doesn't need heavy custom programming: blogging and content sites, corporate sites with multiple forms, clinic or hospital sites with a custom appointment booking calendar, and sites with integrations and automations such as forms feeding a CRM. If your project needs a lot of bespoke software or a large ecommerce build, we will quote that separately and honestly.
Is it really any domain? What about premium domains?
Yes, the plan includes a domain on almost any TLD, registered in your name. The only exceptions are premium or unusually expensive domains, where we will pass on the difference at cost. Standard .co.uk, .uk, .com and most other extensions are covered.
What business email do I get?
One professional inbox on your domain, on Google Workspace, Titan or OX, whichever suits you. One inbox is included in the plan. If you need more mailboxes for your team, we add them for a small extra monthly charge.
What are the monthly development and content hours for, and what if I need more?
Every month includes at least 2 hours of custom development (new features, integrations, automations, fixes) and 5 hours of content updates (text, images, new pages, blog posts). Most small businesses never use it all. If you have a bigger month, extra hours are available at a clear rate, agreed before we start.
Do I own my website, domain and content?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and your design, content and data are yours. If you ever decide to leave, you take everything with you. There is no lock-in.
Is there a contract, and can I cancel?
Monthly is rolling and you can cancel anytime. Yearly is paid up front at £999 and saves you £189 over paying monthly. Either way there is no long tie-in and no exit fee.
How is this different from your industry Solutions?
